For many of you that may not know, Wisconsin has it’s own awards for Wisconsin Musicians!

The Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to educate and recognize the achievements and accomplishments of individuals in the Wisconsin music industry. – Taken from the WAMI Facebook page.

If you are interested in going to see the awards show and entertainment, you are a little late, as it is happening LIVE as we write this article @ the PAC (Performing Arts Center) in Appleton, WI.

You can view the 2014 nominees here at the WAMI Website. We will follow up on this Article with some of the winners, and we hope to help introduce some of the great talent that sometimes goes very UN-noticed here in Wisconsin.
