About the Role:
We’re looking for outgoing, motivated, money-driven people who enjoy working with businesses and want a flexible side gig they can work on their own time. As a Business Development & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be an independent contractor responsible for connecting with Wisconsin businesses and helping them grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contact Wisconsin businesses and introduce them to the benefits of working with us.

  • Sell Business Listings on FoundInWisconsin.com (our primary focus).

  • Offer businesses additional services like email campaigns, web promotions, social media marketing, and Groupon-style sales.

  • Manage each business you bring in as your own “account,” building ongoing relationships.

  • Earn recurring income by ensuring businesses renew their listings each year.

Compensation:

  • Earn 40% commission on all services sold.

  • Enjoy a bonus system for hitting sales goals.

  • Listings renew annually—meaning more chances to keep earning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-starters who want to make money and enjoy talking to people.

  • Outgoing personalities with strong communication skills.

  • Motivated individuals willing to work 4–10 hours per week on their own schedule.

  • Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
