As much as we love the Holidays, winter on the lakeshore can be a tough season for travelers. Many visitors make it to Manitowoc in the winter for Evergleams on Eighth, but so many more are deterred by the snow and cold. Summer on the Lakeshore is absolutely beautiful, and just because our favorite aluminum tree was made for Christmas doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate them – as well as Manitowoc’s midcentury manufacturing history – any time of the year! What started as an idea to host an aluminum tree collector’s convention has now ballooned into something much bigger!
